BEd/ Arts (Psych), BSw (Hons), MAASW Counsellor.
Danielle has 20 years of experience working in Mental Health. She has been a counsellor with the Royal Women’s Hospital’s Pregnancy Advisory Service and the Royal Children’s Hospital Young People’s Referral Service. She subsequently worked in senior management, overseeing the counselling services at SANE Australia and Beyondblue, developing their mental health resources.
Over the past 9 years she has worked in private practice at East St Kilda Family Practice and Alma Village Medical Centre.
Danielle provides Focussed Psychological Strategies under Medicare to clients of all ages including those who have experienced trauma, depression and anxiety (e.g. OCD, PTSD, Social Phobia, Attention Deficit & Hyperactivity Disorder) as well as supporting their families.
She also has expertise working with clients who have had issues related to sexuality/sexual health, fertility, postnatal mental health and parenthood, as well as chronic illness.
